Agent Ops
AI coding agents, run as a team with rules.
The setup Fractalith runs its own engineering on: people and several AI agents in one room, every request tracked as a task, and the same tools, skills and secret rules on every developer machine.
The problem
Every developer uses AI assistants their own way, on their own laptop, with no shared rules, no record of what was asked, and nothing that survives a new machine.
What's in the box
- 01
One room for people and agents
A message addressed to an agent becomes a tracked task, and the full transcript is kept. Every agent is also reachable over the open Agent-to-Agent (A2A) protocol.
- 02
Pluggable agent runtimes
Different coding agents plug into the same room through adapters, so you can switch tools without switching process.
- 03
Same setup on every machine
One manifest renders the same tool servers, skills and commands for Claude Code, Cursor and Codex, with a doctor check that flags drift.
- 04
Secrets stay out of git
Secrets resolve from a store outside the repository, and a pre-commit scanner blocks credentials before they are committed.
